We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives/Trainees to join our growing IT solutions company. As a Sales Executive/Trainee you will be responsible for supporting the sales team learning about the company s IT products and services and gradually taking on clientfacing responsibilities. This position provides training and development to help you become a successful sales professional in the IT industry focusing on areas such as servers storage network switches software Cloud Cybersecurity and Virtualization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in researching potential clients and market opportunities.
- Provide administrative support including managing customer databases preparing sales reports and handling documentation.
- Schedule meetings presentations and followups for senior sales executives.
Client Interaction:
- Participate in client meetings and presentations alongside senior sales staff to gain experience in customer interactions.
- Gradually take on the responsibility of engaging with potential clients understanding their needs and proposing solutions under guidance.
Training and Development:
- Participate in training programs to gain an indepth understanding of the company s IT solutions including servers storage network switches software Cloud Cybersecurity and Virtualization.
- Learn consultative selling techniques relationshipbuilding skills and effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and competitor activities.
Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities through research outbound calls emails and social media engagement.
- Support the development of leadgeneration strategies and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Update and manage leads within the CRM system.
Product Knowledge Development:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the company s IT solutions including their technical features and business benefits.
- Prepare and deliver basic product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
Sales Process Participation:
- Shadow senior sales executives throughout the sales cycle to learn negotiation deal closing and account management.
- Gradually take on more responsibility for managing smaller sales opportunities under supervision.
Customer Service:
- Provide initial customer support and respond to basic inquiries related to products and services.
- followups to ensure customer satisfaction postsale and gather feedback for improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Information Technology or a related field
- At least one year experience in IT solutions selling or related field
- Strong interest in sales and technology with a desire to grow within the IT industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn proactive and motivated to succeed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (internships parttime jobs) is a plus but not required.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati office day shift.
