Job Description
The Swissotel Living Jeddah is seeking a motivated and dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing with proven leadership skills creativity and a can do work ethic. This position is accountable for leading all aspects of Sales Revenue Conference Services Marketing and PR and will be responsible for collaborating with departments in developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales revenue destination and product awareness through all segments. In terms of specialization ideally our DOSM candidate will have a strong understanding of the Transient segment with a proven track record of creating and driving tactics to achieve results and have strong experience in overseeing marketing and digital activities. Further collaboration is additionally required with Accor corporate office and other local and domestic destination partner
Qualifications :
- Minimum of five years experience in luxury hotel sales with prior Director of Sales and Marketing role required
- Proven expertise in advertising and promotional strategies
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities with a strong focus on innovation and resultsorientation
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and extensive managerial experience
- Highly motivated and resultsdriven professional with exceptional professionalism and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree and/or Hotel Management degree strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Outlook Teams PowerPoint) Opera S&C and advanced administrative skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of hotel accounting procedures
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as necessitated by the role
