Support and coordinate outbound and inbound marketing activities in order to achieve overall HMG marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Educational : Bachelor’s Degree
Professional : Marketing or Business Administration or related field
Experience
Two (2) years of relevant experience, ideally in the healthcare related field. A background in creating scientific marketing, promotional or educational content would be an advantage.
Marketing Strategy Development:
Collaborate with senior management and the marketing team to define target audiences and develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand visibility and market share.
Assess market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Monitor industry developments and suggest innovative marketing tactics to stay competitive.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, email, and social media.
Work with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) to develop campaign assets such as advertisements, landing pages, social media posts, and email templates.
Set campaign objectives, monitor KPIs, and ensure campaigns meet objectives in terms of engagement, leads, and ROI.
Adjust strategies and tactics based on performance metrics to optimize campaign outcomes.
Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging content for blogs, social media platforms, websites, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with graphic designers, writers, and content teams to produce high-quality, brand-consistent content.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure regular updates and communication across platforms.
Develop messaging that resonates with target audiences and supports brand identity.
