Job Description
Job Title: Retention & Sales Specialist (Romanian English)
Location: OnSite
Work Schedule: Monday Saturday 8:00 AM 6:00 PM (local market time)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Retention & Sales Specialist fluent in Romanian and English to join our dynamic team. In this role youll be responsible for engaging and retaining existing customers providing them with excellent service and identifying upselling opportunities. You will draw upon your customer service and sales experience to maintain customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Training: Comprehensive 3week training provided.
Requirements
- 612 months of experience in customer service or sales.
- Fluency in Romanian and proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and customerfocused mindset.
Relocation Support
For candidates relocating to join our team we offer a relocation package with the following benefits:
- Travel Reimbursement: Up to 490 BGN reimbursed for travel expenses after 6 months (with documentation).
- Salary Advance: Option for a 1056 BGN net salary advance transferred within 5 business days upon request.
- Accommodation Support: Hotel stay arranged from your confirmed arrival date. If plans change cancellation must be communicated by 12 PM on the booked date to avoid costs.
Note: If the contract ends within the first 6 months outstanding amounts from advance salary payments will be deducted from the final salary. No travel reimbursement will be processed if prenotice is not given.
