Job Description
The Restaurant Manager assists the restaurant manager in managing and controlling the daytoday operations of the outlets. He / She also maximizes revenue to achieve the budget in particular the outlets and maintaining the highest service standard to guests and patrons. He or she must be part of the revenue expenses and forecast of the outlet. He or she will be fully responsible in the restaurant managers absence.
