Job Description
Position: Accountant
Location: Cyprus Limassol
Work model: on site
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary quarterly Bonuses depending on experience
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle daily bookkeeping for multiple companies
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual management accounts for the groups companies
- Calculate and prepare tax and VAT filings
- Assist in preparing reports to ensure compliance with CySEC and central bank regulations
- Work closely with external auditors banks tax advisors and other key business partners
- Manage and execute the full payroll cycle for the company
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong command of the English language both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP Business One is a plus
- ACA/ACCA qualification (or in progress) is an advantage
- Experience in the Forex industry is a plus
- Familiarity with CySEC reporting is an advantage
- Previous experience with the full payroll cycle and relevant legislation is a plus
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Experience working in a highvolume transaction environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment and managing multiple tasks
