We are looking for someone who bring 5years in HNI Retail fundraising. This role involves identifying cultivating and soliciting major gifts from High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) to support our organizations mission and programs. The ideal candidate will be a skilled relationship builder with a passion for philanthropy and a proven track record of securing significant donations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Identification and Research:
- Identify research and reach potential HNI donors including their philanthropic interests and giving history.
- Maintain an uptodate database of HNI prospects and donors.
- Relationship Building:
- Design & implement strategic cultivation plans to build strong relationships with HNI prospects and donors.
- Organize and conduct personalized meetings calls and events to engage with HNIs and understand their philanthropic goals.
- Provide exceptional donor experience including regular communication recognition and updates on the impact of their gifts.
- Solicitation and Closing:
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the organizations mission programs and impact.
- Conduct facetoface solicitations to secure major gifts from HNI donors.
- Negotiate gift agreements and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Fundraising Events and Campaigns:
- Plan and execute highimpact fundraising events such as galas dinners and auctions.
- Develop and implement innovative fundraising campaigns to attract and engage HNI donors.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Track and analyze fundraising performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on fundraising activities donor relationships and revenue goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Bachelors degree
- Experience in fundraising marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of philanthropic principles and practices.
- Good communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with highnetworth individuals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and fundraising databases.
- Passion for the organizations mission and values
