Join our clients vibrant team as a Customer Representative in their diverse multilingual BPO center. As a key player in pursuit of international service excellence youll be first point of contact with clients.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email in Croatian.
- Assist customers with inquiries concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluency in Croatian and English is required
- 1 to 2 years experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Sales oriented person
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
