This position gives you the opportunity to see patients in Gardendale Hoover and Pinson AL.

This position offers a base annual salary range from $175000 to $185000 a monthly incentive bonus plan averaging $1000 to $1500 plus phantom equity which gives total potential annual earnings of over $200000! Comprehensive benefits include medical and dental coverage three weeks of paid time off companypaid life insurance shortterm disability and longterm disability. They also offer a generous retention bonus of $10000 to $20000 based on the length of your employment agreement.

Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
