About the Role
The Manufacturing Engineer will drive improvements in production processes and equipment to enhance efficiency and product quality. This role focuses on evaluating manufacturing systems troubleshooting production issues and implementing innovative solutions to improve operations and reduce waste.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- Analyze production data and identify trends to optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain process documentation including SOPs.
- Collaborate with the design and quality teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Oversee equipment upgrades maintenance schedules and costreduction initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing systems equipment and processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Desired Qualifications:
- Handson experience with automated production systems.
