Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Community Success Intern to support our Industry Academia Community. The ideal candidate would work with Community Lead/Manager to manage the community stakeholders i.e. college faculty student members community ambassadors
Responsibilities:
- Interacting and assisting members
- Design and conduct community success activities
- Prioritize and manage many open cases/tasks
- Critically review existing product and processes with the goal of constant improvement
- Analyse the member activities and queries
- Recommend improvements in processes and systems based on the analysis
- Improve member references by writing and maintaining documentation
- Assist in planning coordinating community activities
- Help draft/create success stories
Requirements:
- Data Analysis
- Minimum 3 months commitment for 20 hours per week working
- Good analytical skills and problemsolving skills
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of CRM & ticketing systems will be an advantage
Eligibility:
- A graduating student in the field of Data Science
- Diploma in a related field
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools
- Membership of Industry Academia Community (If you are not a member already please signup at)
