Job Overview:
Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Engineer Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in cyber security along with leadership capabilities to effectively lead a team of cyber security engineers. As a Cyber Security Engineer Team Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation maintenance and enhancement of cyber security measures to protect our organizations systems and data from potential threats.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of cyber security engineers in designing implementing and maintaining security solutions to safeguard our organizations networks systems and data
- Develop and implement security policies procedures and standards in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and risks and develop mitigation strategies accordingly
- Monitor security logs and alerts to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate security controls into the development lifecycle of software and systems
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the cyber security team
- Stay uptodate with the latest cyber security trends threats and technologies to continuously improve our security posture
- Act as a point of contact for securityrelated inquiries and incidents and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address them effectively
- Prepare and present reports to management on the status of cyber security initiatives including key metrics findings and recommendations
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in cyber security with 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Deep understanding of cyber security principles technologies and best practices
- Proficiency in conducting security assessments penetration testing and vulnerability management
- Experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM IDS/IPS DLP endpoint protection and encryption
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR HIPAA PCI DSS and ISO 27001
- Experience with cloud security (AWS Azure GCP) is a plus
Preferred Requirements:
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or other relevant certifications

- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
