Location: Berlin
The Role:
Are you ready to become the goto expert for Dutch advertisers and help them shine on one of the worlds most renowned social media platforms As a Digital Marketing Advisor youll use your creativity sales acumen and social media expertise to help businesses craft winning advertising strategies. From analyzing ad performance to brainstorming innovative ideas youll be at the forefront of digital marketing success stories.
What Youll Do:
- Act as a trusted advisor for advertisers providing tailored guidance on social media strategies.
- Analyze social media ad performance and offer actionable insights.
- Communicate with clients through inbound and outbound calls building strong relationships.
- Collaborate to implement effective sales funnel strategies that meet advertiser needs.
- Identify trends and propose powerful advertising campaigns to drive results.
Work Hours:
- Fulltime (40 hours/week)
- Monday to Friday 8:45 AM 5:15 PM
- Includes a 30minute lunch break and two 15minute breaks.
Compensation & Perks:
- Salary: 2750 EUR base 300 EUR Dutch language bonus 625 EUR performance bonus.
- Annual package: 33000 EUR gross up to 7500 EUR in performancebased bonuses.
- Relocation support: Up to 1900 EUR for movers from outside Germany or 700 EUR for moves within Germany (over 100 km from Berlin).
- Paid training: 4 weeks (2 weeks training 2 weeks nesting).
- Certifications: Meta Blueprint Digital Marketing Course included.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing.
- Dutch fluency and strong communication skills.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Germany (student visas not accepted).
