Salary: R 360000 per annum CTC

Job Summary:
The MICE Project Manager will lead the planning coordination and execution of highquality corporate events conferences exhibitions and incentive programs. This role requires a professional with strong organizational abilities extensive experience in MICE logistics and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional client experiences while adhering to budgets and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Manage the full lifecycle of MICE projects from conception to execution.
- Oversee venue selection transportation accommodations catering and onsite operations.
- Align event strategies with client objectives and company goals.
Logistics and Operations:
- Independently manage logistics for meetings conferences and events.
- Create detailed project timelines budgets and contracts.
- Ensure seamless event execution through meticulous preparation and oversight.
Budget and Financial Management:
- Track and control event expenses to stay within budget.
- Handle pricing invoicing supplier payments and financial reporting.
- Identify costsaving opportunities while maintaining quality.
Client and Vendor Relations:
- Foster positive relationships with clients suppliers and internal teams.
- Communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction and goal alignment.
- Resolve any service issues with vendors and escalate when necessary.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all events comply with company policies and client guidelines.
- Manage and maintain accurate data in project management systems like Qondor/AGM.
- Prepare postevent reports evaluations and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Matric and a Diploma in Travel and Tourism or a relevant qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a MICE/travel environment with at least 3 years in a MICEspecific role managing logistics.
- Proven track record in meetings events and conferencing.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and project management tools.
- Other: Own car and valid drivers license.
