About the role

As the Head of Project Management Nordics you will be at the forefront of defining and implementing the strategic vision for Benifys Nordic project management function. You will lead a dynamic team drive operational excellence and ensure seamless project delivery for our clients and suppliers. This role involves fostering a collaborative and innovative culture aligning crossfunctional teams and empowering team members to excel in a fastpaced environment. By optimizing processes and managing resources effectively you will ensure the delivery of outstanding outcomes that align with Benifys business objectives and core values Exceed Expectations Show Love and Think Ahead.

You will lead a team of 12 individuals located in Stockholm and Malm. This is a temporary position running from early March 2025 to early May 2026.

In this position you will:

• Recruit onboard and mentor top talent to build a highperforming project management team.
• Set and monitor individual and team key results conducting regular oneonone sessions for development.
• Oversee performance management salary reviews and resource allocation to ensure team alignment with company goals.
• Conduct followups on ongoing and completed projects to identify insights and areas for improvement.
• Strategically assign resources based on skills and project needs to ensure optimal project delivery.
• Encourage process improvement client/suppliercentric problemsolving and innovation within the team.
• Promote knowledgesharing initiatives to foster collaboration and upskill team members.
• Collaborate closely with other function leaders within Delivery Nordics to drive the development of the department.
• Recognize individual and team achievements to boost motivation and engagement.

What we are looking for
We are looking for a proven leader or someone with demonstrated leadership potential who can inspire guide and develop a team of talented professionals. The ideal candidate has:

• A proven ability to lead teams through change and drive process improvements or clear potential to excel in such a role.
• Exceptional project management prioritization and problemsolving skills.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to make decisive solutionoriented decisions.
• An approach to aligning teams and fostering a trusting growthoriented and collaborative culture.
• Extensive experience working within a SaaS company environment.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English. Swedish is required as some client interactions are conducted in Swedish.
