Job Overview:
As the Data Analyst Team Lead you will play a critical role in leading our team of data analysts to deliver highquality analytics solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of data analysts in the development and execution of data analytics projects including data collection processing analysis and visualization
- Define and enforce data analytics standards best practices and guidelines to ensure the accuracy consistency and reliability of analytics solutions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements define project scope and develop analytics solutions that meet business objectives
- Lead the design and implementation of data visualization dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau Power BI or QlikView
- Develop and maintain data models algorithms and statistical models to uncover insights and trends in complex datasets
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members conducting code reviews knowledgesharing sessions and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Stay current with emerging data analytics technologies trends and best practices evaluating new tools and methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related field. Masters degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 7 years of experience in data analytics roles with a focus on data visualization statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully leading and managing teams in fastpaced and dynamic environments
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or QlikView with the ability to design and develop impactful dashboards and reports
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical programming languages such as Python R or SQL
- Deep understanding of data analytics concepts and techniques including data mining machine learning and predictive analytics
