About the Role:
As a Product Designer you will be at the forefront of our product creation process. You will work crossfunctionally blending both technical and creative expertise to craft usercentric products
that meet our business objectives. Here product and design walk hand in hand ensuring a balanced and collaborative approach to product evolution. Were looking for a passionate individual with a keen eye for design an understanding of user behavior and the ability to translate those insights into compelling product experiences. Join us in making fixed income securities accessible and comprehensible for all.

Role & Responsibilties:
1. Strategic Visionary: Craft and deliver pioneering user experiences ensuring alignment with user needs business aspirations and tech feasibilities across both web & mobile ecosystems.
2. Ownership & Drive: Commandeer entire features in your domain overseeing their journey from inception to flawless execution.
3. DataDriven Designer: Strengthen your design choices. Harness user research analytics and the latest design trends fostering a robust feedback culture within the team.
Requirement:
1. Education: Traditional degrees dont define you. Your portfolio speaks volumes.
2. Experience:
a. Youve spent 12 years in the dynamic world of product design ideally in a techfirst setting.
b. Proven experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms.
3. Technical Proficiency:
a. Proficiency in Figma.
b. Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML CSS) is a plus.

4. Personal Mastery:
a. Strong problemsolving skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
b. Effective communication skills to articulate design decisions and insights to stakeholders.
