Identify and evaluate regional manufacturing partners for strategic tieups.
Build strong mutually beneficial partnerships for import substitute products.
Negotiate contracts aligning with longterm goals.
Conduct due diligence on partner capabilities compliance and financials.
Provide technical input on manufacturing especially for APIs and intermediates.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless partner integration.
Lead assessments to ensure quality and efficiency standards.
Oversee partner onboarding and project delivery within budget and timelines.
Manage project plans timelines and budgets.
Monitor partner performance and provide updates to senior management.
Stay informed on market trends competitors and regulations.
