Job Description
Position: Process Engineer
Location: NYC NY Onsite
Duration: 1 Years
1. General Requirement for Defect Inspection Process Engineer: This position is for an Engineer in the Defect Metrology and Inspection team (PLY). This Engineer will be responsible for equipment ownership and recipe setup and will work with vendors to create defect inspections to identify yield issues and drive to resolution. They will build inspection and review recipes assess and monitor tool performance recover equipment and resolve tool errors and train and work with Technicians to process wafers through the inspection sector.
Job Duties:
Job Duty 1 Build inspection and review recipes on Defect Inspection (optical and eBeam) tools.
Job Duty 2 Monitor tool performance recover tools improve equipment uptimes.
Job Duty 3 Interact with equipment vendors to evaluate new tool capabilities and identify areas for collaboration and inspection optimization and improvement.
Job Duty 4 Train defect inspection Technicians to support Fab equipment.
Basic Skills clearances and other elements required in order of importance and number of years experience where applicable in each skill:
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to independently troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
Strong verbal and written skills required.
Experience in Microelectronics field (1 years)
Other Skills Desired Years in each skill where applicable:
Preferred requirements:
Experience with Optical and eBeam defect inspection tools (2 years)
Experience with Klarity defect software (1 year)
Experience in Microelectronics field (2 years
