Position: Administrative Assistant
Duration: 4 Months
Location: New York NY 10001
Duties:
Daily support handling a broad range of tasks including:
scheduling meetings conference rooms and complex a/v requirements
travel booking and expense reports
filing phone support and other administrative support;
assist with analysis and reporting; assist in presentation preparation;
perform ad hoc projects as needed
Skills:
Ability to successfully perform and complete tasks in a highperforming fastpaced environment;
Superior organizational skills including project management time management and an ability to multitask;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Experience interacting with senior management and/or external clients is preferred;
Proficient in MS Office suite including Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint; Selfstarter with an ability to work independently and with minimal guidance
