Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advancedlevel support to customers in Polish (C2 proficiency required).
- Communicate fluently in English (C1 level) to collaborate with team members and escalate queries when needed.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and technical issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction.
What Were Looking For:
- Language Proficiency:
- Polish: C2 (native/nearnative).
- English: C1 (advanced).
- Technical Skills: Advanced technical abilities to troubleshoot and assist customers effectively.
- Eligibility to Work in Greece:
- EU citizenship.
- Fullpurpose or specificpurpose work permit card.
- Certificate of Protection (refugees).
- Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfirst mindset.
The Recruitment Process:

- Final interview with the client.
