Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to join our team in Lisbon. In this role you will focus on driving business growth and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and attract new clients to build a strong business base.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative business strategies for growth.
- Lead Generation: Generate valuable contacts and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Service Promotion: Conduct prospecting meetings to present Consulting Outsourcing and Nearshore solutions.
- Portfolio Management: Build and maintain a portfolio of national and international clients.
- Client Engagement: Provide tailored solutions ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Management IT Human Resources or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Developer or Manager in IT consulting or technology sectors.
- Proven ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
- Experience recruiting technology profiles is a plus.
- Strong communication networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Peopleoriented mindset with leadership capabilities.
- Fluent in English (B1); Portuguese is required; proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus.
- Autonomous proactive and resultsdriven.
