Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Junior Graphic Designer to contribute to our vibrant creative team. The ideal candidate will have a fresh perspective a strong understanding of design principles and a desire to learn and develop their skills further in a supportive environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys collaborating with others and is eager to bring new ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Assist in the development and production of various graphic materials including but not limited to digital media social media graphics website visuals print advertisements and branding collateral.
Concept Development: Collaborate with Senior Designers and other team members to brainstorm and create engaging concepts that effectively communicate the desired message for each project.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual quality across all channels.
Project Management: Assist in organizing and managing multiple design projects simultaneously adhering to deadlines and responding to feedback swiftly.
Research: Stay updated on industry trends design tools and techniques to continually enhance your skills and incorporate fresh ideas into your work.
Feedback Incorporation: Embrace constructive criticism from peers and supervisors to improve designs and foster personal growth.
Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign). Familiarity with motion graphics is a plus!
A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills creativity and versatility. Wed love to see your unique style!
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. The ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively is essential.
A positive attitude openness to learning and a desire to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
