Role Description
Were looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Growth Manager to help ZIA shine even brighter. Think of yourself as the maestro of our digital universe: youll lead sales marketing and business development efforts craft killer campaigns and keep our social media buzzing with energy. If you can rock lead generation content creation and the occasional TikTok trend (yes we went there) you might just be our person.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Bring the heat by finding and connecting with new clients and candidates.
- Social Media Magic: Run Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn like a boss create scrollstopping posts manage groups and grow our online communities.
- Digital Marketing: Cook up creative campaigns crush email marketing and sprinkle in some paid ads for flavor.
- Content Wizardry: Design speaker packets promotional materials and marketing assets that scream We know our stuff.
- Project Pro: Keep us on track and on point using ClickUp to manage all the moving pieces.
- Multimedia Mastery: Edit video and audio content to make us look and sound chefs kiss amazing (preferred).
- Analytics Geekery: Dive into the data to finetune campaigns and prove were always ahead of the game.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development experience bonus points if youve slayed in marketing too
- Social media savviness on Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn (meme fluency a plus)
- ClickUp knowhow or experience with similar tools to keep projects seamless
- Killer communication skills and an eye for details
- Video/audio editing skills Even better
- Bonus: Familiarity with the dental world but its not a dealbreaker
