Job Description
We are working with a tech company and as part of their continued growth NodeFlair has been engaged to search for UX Lead to join their Singapore team.
This hybrid role involves 50% handson design and 50% strategic direction reporting to the Head of Design. Based in Singapore it focuses on crafting exceptional digital experiences and leading a team of designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design strategies plans and estimates for diverse digital projects (e.g. Web App WeChat large screens).
- Lead client discussions present UX solutions and justify ideas through research.
- Create wireframes prototypes and design systems adhering to UX best practices and trends.
- Guide and critique design team members while promoting usercentered design principles.
- Use UX research tools (Loopback Usability Hub) and design platforms (Figma Sketch XD).
Requirements:
- Proven leadership as a principal designer or team lead with advanced UX/UI expertise.
- Skilled in testing and prototyping tools (Axure Invision Maze) and design systems.
- Experience with user research workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Mandarin proficiency is advantageous for collaborating with Chinabased clients.
