Job Description

We are working with a tech company and as part of their continued growth NodeFlair has been engaged to search for UX Lead to join their Singapore team.

This hybrid role involves 50% handson design and 50% strategic direction reporting to the Head of Design. Based in Singapore it focuses on crafting exceptional digital experiences and leading a team of designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop design strategies plans and estimates for diverse digital projects (e.g. Web App WeChat large screens).
  • Lead client discussions present UX solutions and justify ideas through research.
  • Create wireframes prototypes and design systems adhering to UX best practices and trends.
  • Guide and critique design team members while promoting usercentered design principles.
  • Use UX research tools (Loopback Usability Hub) and design platforms (Figma Sketch XD).

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership as a principal designer or team lead with advanced UX/UI expertise.
  • Skilled in testing and prototyping tools (Axure Invision Maze) and design systems.
  • Experience with user research workshops and stakeholder engagement.
  • Mandarin proficiency is advantageous for collaborating with Chinabased clients.
