Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Registered Nurse Emergency Room. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Clinton IL 61727
Assignment Start Date: 12/10/2024
13 weeks Nights 12hour shift 36 hours guaranteed weekly
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed number of hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Department.
- Evaluate outcomes consult with other specialists and ancillary departments as required and adjust nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care and flow through the ER.
- Provides care that meets the psychosocial physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations.
- Communicates with ED physicians about changes in patient status symptomatology and results of diagnostic studies.
- Can respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must have a minimum of one(1) year of RN experience;
- Previous ER experience preferred
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Must have a current Registered Nurse license within the State of Illinois;
- BLS and ACLS certification is required.
- PALS ENPC TNCC and/or TNS preferred.
EMR System: Meditech experience preferred
Shift: Night shift (6:30 pm 7 am) varying weekdays and rotating weekends.
