Job Description
Position Title: Data Analytics Consultant (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends patterns and insights that inform business decisions.
- Develop data visualizations dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau Power BI or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data requirements.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency customer experience and business outcomes.
- Gather clean and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Build and maintain data models to streamline analytical processes.
- Apply statistical techniques predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
- Conduct A/B testing and scenario analysis to evaluate outcomes and optimize strategies.
- Manage analytics projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Document processes and findings for transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams including IT marketing finance and operations to integrate data analytics into business processes.
- Communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Business Analytics or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analytics or a similar role.
- Experience consulting with clients to provide datadriven insights.
- Proficiency in SQL Python or R for data analysis.
- Handson experience with data visualization tools like Tableau Power BI or QlikView.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and database management.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industryspecific analytics practices (e.g. finance healthcare retail).
- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop Spark or Databricks.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or AWS Data Analytics Specialty.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
