Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant ( Time and Labour)
Job location: anywhere in India at client locations ( Noida Chennai MumbaiHyderabad and Bangalore)
Job type: 12months Contract Hybrid ( Min 2 days onsite)
US Payroll Experience/ Canada localization experience is advantageous
Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Oracles HCM Cloud solution. As a Senior Principal Consultant you will work with your clients to understand their business processes provide solutions based on product and consultative expertise and drive adoption of Oracles modern best practices processes.
Lead business process workshops and advise the client on the impacts of adopting the Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor (T&L / OTL) solution
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and support clients in defining relevant processes and obtain sign off to ensure client alignment of the proposed solution
- Understand Oracles implementation methodology and use it on all engagements
- Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud T&L solutions
- Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the cloud solution
- Support the client during all phases of testing production cutover and postgolive
- Supporting the data migration consulting team and/or client with any data migration efforts
- Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions
Requirements
Targeted Knowledge Base / Skills
- Full life cycle implementation of at least two (2) Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor implementations
- Experience with multiple HCM modules a plus
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company is a plus
- Experience in implementing HCM SaaS applications
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
