PLAYSENSE is a video game creative agency spun out of Wargaming in 2022. Originally founded as a game trailer studio within Wargaming PLAYSENSE has grown into a multidisciplinary and awardwinning creative agency. Our core services include game trailers (both engine and CGI) Unreal Engine production branding visual communication ingame cinematics and complex campaigns driven by hard work and hard fun.

Our team of 80 digital nomads is spread all over the world including Portugal UK Spain Italy Netherlands Germany Montenegro Poland Cyprus Serbia Ukraine Turkey Georgia UAE Vietnam Indonesia and the US.

Clients:

We have collaborated with prestigious clients such as King Krafton People Can Fly Riot Games Scopely Starbreeze Supercell Tencent The Sandbox Nacon Ubisoft and Wargaming.

Role Overview:

PLAYSENSE is looking for an Account Manager to build and nurture longterm relationships with our clients. Your goal will be to help us grow our revenue by developing business with the clients. In this role you should be an excellent communicator whos able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.

Tasks

What you will do:

  • Build and maintain longterm partnerships with our clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for all client matters
  • Identify client business goals and current needs
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create relevant proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Ensure the successful delivery of client requests
  • Handle client feedback and any other issues
  • Improve the process of collaboration between us and the client
  • Forecast and track key client metrics
  • Develop new opportunities with existing clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow new opportunities

Requirements

What do we expect from your side:

  • Proven experience in account management ideally within the creative or advertising industry
  • Familiarity with the gaming and creative production landscape is a plus
  • A clientfocused approach with strong problemsolving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Experience in presale and contract negotiations
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage client information
  • Fluent English

Terms:

  • Type: B2B Contract
  • Location: Fully remote (anywhere in EU)
  • Reports to: Director of Client Success
  • Seniority level: middle senior
  • Expected Start Date: February 2025
  • Remuneration: Fixed payment: $3000 $3500 USD gross.
  • Future opportunities: potential for commission based on revenue growth targets achieved with assigned clients.
