You are at the end of your university career and ready to dive into the world of sales and business development Do you have a passion for learning a strong interest in the international market and a desire to work with a fastgrowing tech company If youre looking for a handson role where you can develop your sales skills and grow your career this 1year trainee program is the perfect opportunity for you!

Your Mission

• You will start by developing a fundamental understanding of the craftsman market in France through research and interactions with key stakeholders in the industry
• Under the guidance of experienced sales professionals you will learn how to identify potential customers and generate inbound leads for our software solution HERO
• You will assist in conducting online product demonstrations and gain handson experience with customer presentations learning how to showcase HEROs value to prospective clients
• Throughout the program you will learn to manage initial gotomarket activities with support from our marketing sales communication and product departments
• As you gain confidence youll be given opportunities to take on more responsibility in closing deals supporting customer onboarding and gathering feedback to help refine our productmarket fit
• By collaborating closely with marketing product sales and service departments youll become familiar with the full sales process setting a solid foundation for your career in international sales

Your Superpowers

• You have recently completed a degree in sales business economics marketing or a related field and youre excited to start your career in sales
• You have gained some initial experience in a sales or business development role (through internships parttime jobs or student projects)
• You have a strong interest in learning about sales processes customer engagement international business and entering a market
• You are fluent in English and bring native language skills in French to the table both written and spoke
• Youre an excellent communicator and feel comfortable interacting with customers via email phone and video conferences
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to contribute ideas and take initiative within the team
• You are excited to collaborate with marketing and product teams to better understand how to position our product and communicate its value to potential clients
• You are motivated by the opportunity to grow your skills and develop your career in a supportive environment
