Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Network Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery management and continuous optimization of LAN WAN wireless networking and advanced solutions including Cisco ACI Cisco DNAC and SDWAN across a largescale global enterprise network environment. In this leadership role you will oversee a team of network engineers collaborate with business and IT stakeholders and ensure the seamless operation and growth of highperformance network services. Your expertise in network design implementation and troubleshooting will play a critical role in ensuring scalable reliable and secure connectivity to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of LAN WAN and wireless networking services as well as cuttingedge technologies such as Cisco ACI Cisco DNAC and SDWAN. Ensure high availability security and scalability for enterprise networks while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead mentor and develop a team of network engineers fostering a collaborative and highperformance environment. Encourage knowledge sharing continuous learning and technical excellence across the team.
- LAN & WAN Network Management: Manage the design implementation and optimization of LAN and WAN solutions including Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches routers and load balancing. Expertise in BGP OSPF MPLS DMVPN and QoS is essential for optimizing network performance and ensuring business continuity.
- Wireless Network Management: Oversee the deployment management and optimization of wireless networks including WiFi 6 Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) access points and site surveys. Ensure robust secure and seamless wireless connectivity across enterprise locations.
- Cisco ACI & DNAC Implementation: Drive the implementation and ongoing optimization of Cisco ACI for data center automation applicationcentric network management and policy enforcement. Utilize Cisco DNAC to automate network provisioning manage network health and support digital transformation initiatives.
- SDWAN Deployment & Integration: Lead the deployment and optimization of SDWAN solutions ensuring secure costeffective and flexible connectivity for remote offices branch locations and cloud environments. Manage integration with existing LAN and WAN infrastructure.
- Project Management: Oversee network projects such as LAN/WAN upgrades SDWAN migrations wireless rollouts and ACI deployments ensuring successful delivery on time within budget and to quality specifications.
- Incident & Problem Management: Lead efforts in troubleshooting and resolving complex network incidents across LAN WAN and wireless environments. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective measures to prevent recurring issues and ensure network stability.
- Continuous Improvement & Automation: Promote continuous optimization of network services through automation performance tuning and best practices. Leverage Cisco DNAC Ansible and other automation tools to streamline network management and enhance operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external including network vendors and service providers. Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations and contracts are adhered to.
- Service Reporting & Performance Metrics: Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership utilizing network monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds LogicMonitor Cisco DNAC) to track metrics for LAN WAN wireless networks and SDWAN services.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure the network infrastructure complies with internal policies industry standards and regulatory requirements. Focus on securing wireless networks SDWAN connections and LAN/WAN access points to protect corporate data and prevent breaches.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to network performance security vulnerabilities and business continuity. Implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies across the LAN WAN and wireless environments.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Technical Expertise:
- 12 years of experience in network engineering with a strong focus on LAN WAN and wireless networking technologies. Experience in managing complex networks in large enterprise environments is essential.
- Strong handson experience with Cisco networking technologies including Catalyst Nexus switches Cisco routers and firewalls for LAN and WAN environments.
- Expertise in Cisco SDWAN solutions including Viptela and integrating SDWAN with existing LAN/WAN architectures.
- Deep knowledge of wireless networking including WiFi 6 Cisco Meraki Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) access points and site survey tools. Ability to design and optimize wireless coverage across large campuses and enterprise locations.
- Strong background in routing protocols (BGP OSPF) MPLS DMVPN QoS and WAN optimization for enhanced network performance.
- Handson experience in Cisco ACI for data center network automation network segmentation and applicationcentric network policy management.
- Experience with Cisco DNAC for network automation analytics and orchestration across LAN WAN and wireless infrastructures.
- Familiarity with cloud network technologies and integrations (e.g. AWS Azure) and hybrid network models.
- Expertise in network monitoring and performance management using tools like SolarWinds LogicMonitor Cisco DNAC and NetBrain.

- Certifications in Cisco ACI SDWAN Cisco DNAC and wireless technologies are highly desirable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
