Job Description
Job Title: Systems Analyst
Location: Halifax NS (Remote)
Description:
- Client expects the resource to manage the systems as well as do minor enhancements. kind of mix of Admin and developer role:
- Create and maintain documentation on processes policies application configuration and help related materials for users as Salesforce and associated applications are developed.
- Lead Data Management and cleansing activities
- Develop reports dashboards and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity and assist users with report design and management.
- Log and track identified system problems through to resolution.
- Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
- Create user accounts and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products.
- Ensure the organization utilizes different tools and capabilities offered by Salesforce effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to work with business individuals and teams to gather business requirements.
- Translating business requirements into the creation of functional requirement documentation.
- Enhance the Salesforce platform through configuration. This would include but not be limited to flexy pages flows visualforce and creation/modification of fields page layouts objects. Essentially I expect an administrator to be able to perform all enhancements that a developer could perform with the exception of apex and triggers.
