57 yrs experience in business analysis
5 yrs experience in General Insurance business (Home and Auto)
5 yrs experience on the Guidewire platform (PolicyCenter and BillingCenter)
Expert knowledge of the TDI business environment processes procedures transactions and activities of products and services
Experience in enterprise Agile methodology
Strong facilitation and elicitation skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced and demanding environment
Good team player with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders at different hierarchical levels
Strong creative and critical thinking skills
Strong skills in Process Maps and Business Use Cases
University degree or equivalent experience
