Job Title: Epic ClinDoc Principal Trainer (Hybrid)
Location: Raleigh NC
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
Experienced Epiccertified Principal Trainer (PT) needed for Long Term Care (EpicCare Clinical Documentation) and Intermediate Care Facility (EpicCare Clinical Documentation) end users super users and trainthetrainer training. Candidates must have completed and active certifications and listed minimum experience required for assigned Epic applications:
Key Duties:
- Training and credentialing additional classroom trainers as needed (trainthetrainer).
- Support curriculum and training development for thirdparty applications as needed by management

Preparing training lessons printing materials and setting up the training room and environment prior to the training session.

Presenting information verbally and in writing in a clear and easytounderstand manner.

Following up with trainees outside of the classroom to offer additional support.

Serving as an expert educator to state staff.
Required
Training staff and end users by teaching technical topics as needed.
Required
Managing application assignments by prioritizing assignments and by creating and adhering to timelines.
Required
Must be certified in: EpicCare Clinical Documentation Curriculum Certification

Must be certified in: Long Term Care Certification (LTC500)

Must be certified in: TED105 Training Wheels Behind the Scenes

Must be certified in: TED300 Training Environment Build Certification
Required
Experience as a EpicCare Clinical Application Principal Trainer through a full implementation from pilot for customer build

Previous MST Build experience on EpicCare Clinical Application at project implementation (prego live MST build)
