Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Technical Solution Engineer Individual Contributor to lead our Solar Sales Team. The Technical Engineer will be responsible for increasing product sales in existing and new market. Have to work closely with Design Team Marketing Team Business Operations Team Administrative staff.
Job Responsibility:
- Solar Technology Expertise:
- Demonstrate indepth knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems including components design installation and performance optimization.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in solar technology industry trends and market dynamics.
- Analyze customer requirements site conditions and energy consumption patterns to recommend the most suitable solar solutions.
- CustomerCentric Solutioning :
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their energy goals operational constraints and budgetary considerations.
- Develop comprehensive solar system designs and proposals that address the customers specific needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales process ensuring the proposed solutions are practical efficient and cost effective.
- Effective Presentations and Sales Pitches:
- Conduct onsite visits within the state of Goa to understand the customers environment and requirements.
- Deliver engaging and informative presentations to showcase the benefits and value proposition of our solar solutions.
- Tailor your communication style to effectively convince and persuade prospective customers.
- Respond to customer queries and address any concerns or objections during the sales process.
- CrossFunctional Coordination:
- Collaborate with the design marketing operations and accounts teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide technical inputs and support (if needed) during the design procurement and installation phases.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/engineer graduates electrical/mechanical/electronics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Proven track record of successfully selling solar solutions and securing Customer contracts.
- Willingness to travel within the state of Goa for onsite customer visits and presentations.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across different departments.
