Job Description:
We are seeking a midlevel SharePoint Technical Specialist to design and implement webbased solutions that enhance critical business processes. The ideal candidate will translate requirements into user stories ensure timely delivery of highquality project deliverables and provide training and support to users. This role requires a handson selfmotivated professional with a strong background in SharePoint solutions and business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SharePoint solutions for business processes.
- Translate design requirements into manageable user stories.
- Track project progress and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Document project deliverables and train users on new systems.
- Provide quality control and mentor junior team members.
Key Skills:
- 8 years as a Business Analyst with SharePoint experience.
- Proficiency in designing custom SharePoint lists and libraries.
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile methodology and SDLC.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation and training materials.
