Requirements
- Must live in the United States of America
- Must have 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Must have 2 years of Call Center experience
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to go above and beyond for customers
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Passion for helping others
- Able to take high call volumes
Equipment Requirements:
- Must be able to provide Laptop or PC (Windows 10 or 11)
- Must be able to provide high speed internet (Only hardwired NO wifi or anything wireless)
- Must be able to provide hardwired USB headset (Noise cancellation)
