Requirements
- Must be in the United States of America
- 2 years of call center experience required.
- Ability to work independently
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Empathy and patience to understand customers needs
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields is a plus
- Must provide own work from home equipment
