Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Provide remote technical support to our users.
- Troubleshoot desktop and software issues and identify solutions.
- Install and configure desktop software and hardware.
- Ensure that our systems are running smoothly.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure that technical issues are resolved.
- Continuously improve support processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Strong experience in remote technical support.
- Knowledge of desktop and network infrastructure including Windows and Mac OS.
- Familiarity with remote access tools such as TeamViewer Remote Desktop etc.
- Experience with Active Directory Exchange and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field is preferred.
