Job Description

Start Date: Immediate

Work Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

Caseload: Elementary Classroom

We are looking for a passionate educator to enhance the language skills of English Language Learners (ELLs) through thoughtfully crafted instructional plans that align with school and state guidelines. This position focuses on delivering tailored oneonone and smallgroup lessons to meet the unique needs of a diverse ELL student population.

In collaboration with classroom teachers you will integrate English language support across multiple subjects promoting a unified and engaging learning experience. By fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere you will empower students to confidently navigate their languagelearning journey. Establishing clear behavioral expectations will contribute to a safe and focused learning environment. Regularly monitoring student progress will help refine your teaching strategies to ensure steady language development and academic success.

Additional Details:

Provide ESL services to elementary school students
Occasional travel possibility; mileage will be reimbursed
Fulltime positions available
Immediate interview scheduling available

Requirements

Prior experience preferred
Hold at least a Bachelors degree in education or related field
Must be ready to interview and start a position as soon as possible
Have an active Professional Educators license with the ESL endorsement
