Position: Junior Designer
Overview: We're seeking a creative Graduate Designer to join a renowned British toy company in Amersham. This role combines artistic flair with product development expertise, perfect for someone passionate about creating meaningful play experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Overview: We're seeking a creative Graduate Designer to join a renowned British toy company in Amersham. This role combines artistic flair with product development expertise, perfect for someone passionate about creating meaningful play experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform concepts into market-ready toy designs
- Develop compelling product presentations
- Create technical drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Participate in product testing and refinement
- Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product design capabilities
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent sketching and visualisation skills
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
- Keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving abilities
- Basic 3D modeling experience
- Knowledge of materials and production techniques
- Understanding of safety standards in toy design
- Hybrid working (4 days office, 1 day home)
- Full-time position
- Based in Amersham
- 25,000 PA
