Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelancer Recruiter to join our team. As a fully remote position you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Europe. You must be registered as a freelancer and have a proven track record in recruiting for roles in sales customer support and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize own LinkedIn Recruiter license and experience with CV library platforms to source screen and recruit top talent.
- Leverage social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram TikTok for candidate sourcing adding value to our recruitment processes.
- Effectively sell job opportunities to candidates showcasing strength in customer service and multitasking.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates persuasively.
- Be adept at working independently and managing your workflow in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Languages like Dutch Germanand any other or the Nordics languages is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in freelance recruiting with a focus on sales customer support and technical support profiles.
- Excellent networking skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
