Role Summary

As an HR Coordinator you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to the HR department ensuring efficient and seamless HR operations. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Oversee the full recruitment process from candidate selection to onboarding including conducting interviews and evaluations.

Employee Support & Development

  • Serve as the primary contact for your external team addressing their needs organizing training sessions and implementing measures to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.

Scheduling & Planning

  • Manage personnel scheduling ensuring optimal staffing levels while adapting flexibly to changing operational needs.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain applicant pools and personnel records prepare employment contracts and HR documents and generate regular reports on staffing and scheduling activities.

Communication & Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments leadership and clients to build strong business relationships. Represent the company at public events and job fairs.

Sales & Partnerships

  • Acquire new clients build and maintain longterm partnerships and strategize to create the perfect match between employees and clients for mutual satisfaction.

Development Opportunities

  • Take on additional responsibilities based on your interests and skills as the company grows.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in HR management or a related field.
  • At least one year of professional experience in personnel coordination or HR management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Teamoriented reliable and able to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written); good English skills are desirable.
  • Quick learner with high selfmotivation and enthusiasm for teamwork.
