We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Job Description
In this role you will join a highpriority initiative and work with a dedicated team to ensure the successful implementation of the new core system over the coming years.
Your Profile (Musthave requirements)
* You are an experienced Test Lead/Manager with good knowledge and experience from the insurance industry in general and business transformation and Lumera Core in particular.
* You have experience as Test leader and/or test automation leader from previous Lumera Core business transformations.
* You are passionate about testing and test automation.
* You understand the fundamentals and logic of life insurance products and Lumera Core.
* You are skilled in developing test cases together with various business and IT specialists within Life insurance.
* You are a team player with great communication skills and abilities to lead and collaborate with project managers administration product IT Finance and Actuarial specialists to reach desired outcomes and meet milestones.
* You have experience in test automation. You can master test automation tools/frameworks and with them automate large number of test cases to meet desired acceptance criterias.
* You can take lead and plan endtoend tests of new Lumera Core releases either through automated tests or by securing sufficient test results.
* You have great abilities to manage important stakeholders.
* You are fluent in Swedish and English.
* You are well structured with general leadership skills such as planning change management making presentations and facilitating decision et cetera.
* You are selfgoing and take high responsibility for your deliveries on time with high quality.
