Youll Make a Difference By:
- Building rapport and engaging with customers via phone email and live chat.
- Championing customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and resolving enquiries effectively.
- Staying current with our products services and policies to provide expert advice.
- Collaborating with the team to identify and share best practices.

Location: Head Quarters Skelmersdale WN8 9UU
Salary: 24770.32 Per Annum
Working Hours: 40 per week (on a 4week shift rotation)
Your working rotation runs like a wellfitted tap! For two weeks you soak up the 08:0016:30 shift then switch it up with a week of 09:3018:00 its like adjusting the water pressure just right! Then finally theres a week of 12:3021:00 the perfect mix of variety! Plus only one weekend in four but when you do work it youre on duty from 08:3017:00 on Saturday and 09:3018:00 on Sunday talk about unclogging those weekend drains!. Oh and did I mention the midweek day off when you work a weekend Yep you get one either side of that weekend because balance is key!
