We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about building scalable reliable and innovative solutions for the dynamic needs of startups. This is an opportunity to work closely with founders and crossfunctional teams on transformative projects in various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Architect and Build: Design develop and deploy scalable highquality software systems for diverse startup clients.
- Collaborate: Work with startup founders product managers and stakeholders to understand and implement requirements tailored to earlystage business goals.
- Problem Solve: Diagnose technical challenges troubleshoot issues and devise innovative solutions to optimize performance and functionality.
- Mentor: Lead and guide junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices to deliver cuttingedge solutions.
- Agility: Adapt quickly to diverse project needs technologies and startup environments.
- Experience: 5 years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on fullstack development or backend architecture.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in modern programming languages (e.g. Python JavaScript/TypeScript Ruby or Go).
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Google Cloud or Azure).
- Experience with modern frameworks (e.g. React Node.js Django or Rails).
- Expertise in database design and management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Startup Familiarity: Previous experience working with or for startups is a plus.
- ProblemSolving: Ability to thrive in fastpaced ambiguous environments while delivering creative and practical solutions.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams.
