Job Description
Position Title: Program Manager (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage endtoend program delivery for multiple concurrent projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product engineering operations and business stakeholders to define program scope objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans including schedules resources and milestones ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Monitor program progress track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify program risks and issues developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines resources and deliverables.
- Ensure effective communication across all program stakeholders providing regular updates and facilitating discussions to address challenges and roadblocks.
- Establish and enforce program governance frameworks ensuring adherence to best practices standards and organizational processes.
- Develop and manage program budgets ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and financial targets are met.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes incorporating feedback from team members and stakeholders to optimize future program execution.
- Facilitate program retrospectives lessons learned sessions and postproject evaluations to assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for future improvement.
- Support the creation of business cases program charters and other documentation necessary for program initiation and approval.
- Lead and mentor project managers and other team members fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Ensure alignment between business strategy and program execution prioritizing initiatives based on organizational goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with external partners vendors and thirdparty stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of program objectives.
- Manage dependencies and interdependencies across multiple projects and programs ensuring smooth handoffs and integration of deliverables.
- Ensure that the program complies with regulatory and compliance requirements maintaining proper documentation and reporting standards.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in program management managing complex crossfunctional programs or portfolios within a technology or IT environment.
- Strong understanding of program management methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid) and frameworks (PMBOK Scrum etc.).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide teams manage stakeholders and drive results across multiple projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks and challenges in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Experience with program management tools (e.g. Jira Asana Microsoft Project Trello) and collaborative platforms.
- Solid understanding of business and financial management including budgeting forecasting and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners/vendors.
- Experience with change management and navigating complex organizational transformations.
- Certification in Program Management (e.g. PgMP PMP) is a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
