Job Description
Job Title: SAP ABAP Programmer (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop test and debug SAP ABAP programs including reports forms interfaces conversions enhancements and workflows.
- Create custom ABAP objects using ObjectOriented Programming (OOP).
- Work on ABAP enhancements in SAP modules like SD MM FI/CO PP and HCM as per business needs.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Develop and modify SAP scripts SmartForms and Adobe Forms.
- Design and implement user exits BADIs and enhancements using the Enhancement Framework.
- Work with IDOCs BAPIs RFCs and ALV reporting.
- Support integration between SAP and thirdparty systems using ABAP proxies RFCs and other middleware tools.
- Analyze and resolve SAP system issues ensuring minimal downtime.
- Optimize existing ABAP programs for better performance and usability.
- Prepare technical documentation for ABAP developments and provide training to endusers or junior developers as needed.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming including Core ABAP and ObjectOriented ABAP.
- Knowledge of SAP enhancement frameworks SAP Data Dictionary and debugging.
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 and ABAP on HANA (preferred).
- Experience with SAP ECC S/4HANA and SAP NetWeaver.
- Familiarity with transport management and version control tools.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fastpaced environment.
- SAP certification in ABAP or related modules.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of business processes in industries like manufacturing retail or logistics.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
