Job Description
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg
Location: Smyrna TN
Pay Scale: $2000
Shift: Night (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
- Provide highquality nursing care to patients in the MedicalSurgical unit.
- Monitor and assess patients conditions administer medications and update care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans medications and postdischarge care.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control standards at all times.
- Active RN licensure in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Med Surg nursing (required).
- ACLS and BLS certifications (required).
- Strong critical thinking organizational and interpersonal skills.
