Job Description
Role: Cognos Admin
Location: Cincinnati OH (Hybrid)
Any visa is fine

Skill: Cognos Admin
Responsibilities:
- Install configure and upgrade Cognos and Informatica application components including servers clients and related tools.
- Monitor and maintain the performance availability and security of Cognos environments (production and nonproduction).
- Collaborate with developers business analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide guidance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cognos applications databases servers and integrations.
- Perform system backups disaster recovery planning and implementation.
- Implement and enforce best practices for Cognos administration security and performance tuning.
- Manage user access roles and permissions within Cognos and Informatica environments.
- Coordinate with vendors for product support patches upgrades and license management.
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and advancements in Cognos technology.
- Document technical processes procedures and configurations.
